Naval Officer sends my sympathy

I was a Naval Officer for 8 years. I've fought along side Navy SEALS, seen my comrades pass away near me. I've seen all manner of war and destruction.

The story of this little child has brought me to uncontrollable Tears. I cannot imagine....

As I write this, sadness and tears flow. I'd like to say I have Nerves of Steel. Ice cold killer reflexes and an inhuman tolerance for absolute pain; however,

This story saddens my heart :(

I just watched a youtube video of the people who murdered your child. Words cannot express how I feel right now; I am heartbroken. :((
I'm sincerely happy they have been given life sentences, but that's not enough- I'm sure you know that :(
Nothing can ever bring back your baby, but as one parent to another, I hope you find peace within yourself at some point; not only for yourself, but for your child.
If you need help, Ask God.
If you don't, Thank God.

So sorry about your loss! It amazes me that people could hurt something so precious, so helpless and so defenseless. This was not done by a stranger - perhaps it would be easier to understand. This was done by the godmother; the person who's supposed to love and treat this baby as her own. It baffles me how these two monsters can call themselves humans. As a mother, you should never have to go through this. My heart goes out to you, Iesha. Remember honey " the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:7). Time won't heal this wound but hopefully to know that she's peacefully resting will make it easier to deal with.

Rest In Piece you are with the lord now and have become an angel amongst the ones that miss you.I send my sympthathy and condolonces to the relatives of Serenity Richardson. She maybe not here physically but she is here in spirit I don't know what it's like to lose a daughter or son but as a person looking from inside out it looks like a very dramatic experience and it baffles me on how some one can take a life of a young innocent child.

What kind of place would heaven be with all its streets of gold, if all the souls, that dwell up there like yours and mine, were old? How strange would heaven’s music sound when harps begin to ring, if children were not gathered ‘round to help the angels sing. The children that God sends to us are only just a loan, He knows we need their sunshine to make the house a home. We need the inspiration of a baby’s blessed smile. He doesn’t say they’ve come to stay, just lends them for a while. Sometimes it takes them years to do the work for which they come. Sometimes in just a month or two our Father calls them home. I like to think some souls up there bear not one sinful scar. I love to think of heaven as a place where children are.
